A report that, perhaps, outlines some of these things? A report that is, perhaps, already done and paid for, out of the General Fund, $40,500 on April 17, 2007? (SME was supposed to reimburse us.)
I cannot find the actual study on the City website. I expect that if asked, it will be the property of SME, and their attorney will once again say, Nay.
