Going to post about the Debate, but I didn’t get to it, and it became the Debate over the Debate, and I just keep thinking, what is with some people? did they think of it? did they get off their asses and do anything? did they think of recruiting an entire High School Debate Team, plus the coach, to help teach and possibly inspire our youth regarding politics in the place they live? do they have a legitimate forum? and a reputation for being fair and honest? do they actually know and care enough about the issues to pull something like this off?
Anyhow, that’s about all. I think it’ll be great. Hopefully, everyone running will show up, and we will learn about what they think, what they feel about our little town, and the challenges we all face. And all the negative naysayers can stay home with the pulitzer prize winners.
